Lexie Devine Photography

By booking a photography session with Lexie Devine Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies apply to both full sessions and mini sessions, unless otherwise stated.

Booking Fee & Payment

• A session is not considered booked until a non-refundable booking fee has been paid.

• The booking fee secures your session date and time and is applied toward your total session cost.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Booking fees are non-refundable for both mini sessions and full sessions.

• Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, clients will be charged the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.

Full Sessions vs. Mini Sessions

• Mini sessions are offered for a limited time, are shorter in duration, and are scheduled back-to-back.

• Full sessions allow more flexibility in timing, pacing, and variety.

• Policies regarding duration, number of images, and pricing will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Booking fees are non-refundable.

• Clients must notify Lexie Devine Photography as soon as possible if they are unable to attend their scheduled session.

• Rescheduling policies differ by session type:

  • Mini sessions: Rescheduling is at the photographer’s discretion and subject to availability. Missed mini sessions may not be rescheduled.

  • Full sessions: One reschedule may be offered due to illness or emergency with reasonable notice.

• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Late Arrivals

• Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back; late arrivals will result in reduced session time and may not be extended.

• Arriving more than 5 minutes late for a mini session may result in forfeiture of the session.

• For full sessions, time lost due to late arrival may reduce shooting time.

Weather & Photographer Cancellations

• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Lexie Devine Photography may reschedule sessions.

• If the photographer must cancel and rescheduling is not possible, all payments made will be fully refunded.

Session Details

• Each session includes photography for the individuals stated at booking.

• Additional participants may require an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

• Clients are responsible for supervising children at all times during the session.

Image Delivery

• Images will be delivered through a private online gallery.

• Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

• The number of images included varies by session type and is outlined at booking.

• Additional images may be available for purchase.

Editing & Artistic Style

• By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to Lexie Devine Photography’s editing style, including color, tone, and artistic interpretation.

• RAW files are not provided.

• Minor retouching is included; extensive edits may incur an additional fee.

Image Usage & Copyright

• All images remain the copyright of Lexie Devine Photography.

• Clients receive a personal use license for downloaded images.

• Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

• Lexie Devine Photography may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless a written request is submitted prior to the session.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for cooperation, behavior, and participation of all individuals being photographed.

• The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lack of cooperation.

• No refunds will be issued due to behavior, mood, or participation.

Liability

• Lexie Devine Photography is not responsible for injuries, damages, or loss during sessions.

• Clients assume all risks associated with participation.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking fee and participating in a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
